    3. Lead Generation

    • When you submit a request through our forms, your information may be shared with one or more roofing contractors in your area.
    • We do not guarantee that you will receive a response, quote, or service from any contractor.
    • We are not responsible for the quality, pricing, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by contractors.

    4. Page Rental Program (For Contractors)

    • Contractors may rent city-specific pages on a monthly basis. Rentals run from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month.
    • Mid-month purchases are prorated based on remaining days in the month.
    • All payments are processed through Stripe. Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period has begun.
    • We reserve the right to remove contractor branding that is misleading, inappropriate, or violates these terms.
    • Contractors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their business information, licensing, and insurance status.

    5. User Responsibilities

    • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using the Site.
    • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
    • You agree not to submit false, misleading, or spam inquiries through our lead forms.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RoofingCompaniesWashington.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

    7. Disclaimer of Warranties
