Mike Reynolds has been inspecting and evaluating roofing systems across Washington State for over two decades. Starting as a roofing laborer in Tacoma at age 19, Mike worked his way through every aspect of the trade — from tear-offs and shingle installation to complex commercial membrane systems. He earned his GAF Master Elite certification in 2012 and completed NRCA's Advanced Roof Inspection Training in 2018.
As our Senior Roofing Inspector and Content Lead, Mike oversees the technical accuracy of every city landing page, cost guide, and service description on RoofingCompaniesWashington.com. He personally conducts field research for our regional content, visiting job sites and interviewing local contractors to ensure our recommendations reflect real-world conditions in each market.
Mike is based in the greater Tacoma area and has supervised or inspected over 3,000 residential and commercial roofing projects across Pierce, King, Thurston, and Kitsap counties. His specialties include storm damage assessment, insurance claim documentation, and material performance analysis for Pacific Northwest climates.
